Azoospermia – whether it can be treated with medicines or surgery is required for this

I am 36 years old. I am azoospermic. My Semen Analysis Report is as mentioned below :

Volume – 2.8 ml
Appearance – White
Liquification – 15 min.
Viscosity – Normal

pH – 7.6
No sperm seen after repeated wet mount analysis and also in centrifuged semen

Epithelial Cells – 3-4/HPF
Pus Cells – 2-3/HPF
red Blood Cells : Nil

As advised by doctor, I had undergone TESA/PESA, and TESA report shows that “few mature sperm found”.
but sperm count is zero in the semen and it is not coming out

Pls. let me know whether my problem can be treated with medicines or not.
If yes, what is the chance of success?
