Can I use the combination of guggul and garcinia to control weight gain ?

Hi, I am 45 yrs old and weigh 128 lbs. I go to the gym 3x a week but since then maybe it is muscle but I went from 122 lbs to 128 lbs. This is very discouraging. I was reading about your products and I was wondering if I could take a combination of shuddha guggul and and garcinia cambogia- 1 tablet each 2x a day. Iwant my weight at between 105 and 110 lbs. Please advise.
