Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com
Ashwagandha is basically a herb which is being used from ancient times to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. It is safe to use with other medicines like antidepressants or anti-hypertensives etc and is used in the treatment of various diseases of all age groups. It is very useful for body and mind. It helps in revitalizing the body, relieves stress, anxiety, palpitation, hypertension and general body weakness. It is completely safe, herbal ayurvedic medicine and can be used safely in children, females and adults. It is good source of energy and is beneficial for mental as well as physical health. So you can start its course with your medicines without any second thought. Slowly you can shift over to Ashwagandha only and make a regular course of ashagandha for two to three months for satisfactory results. Further queries are always welcome.
Regards.
