Can we use Triphala & Guggul in combination for indigestion and obesity?
Posted by suetrani on Saturday 11 Apr 2009
Hello,
I suffer from bloated, gassy stomach and constipation. This I believe also contribute to my bloated mid section and excess fat accumulation around the area. I’m little over the ideal weight but most importantly I want to get rid of the gassy bloated feeling and ideally reduce some weight and have a good digestion system. I’m leaning towards taking both the Triphala and Guggul combination. Please advise if I can take this combination for my condition and if yes the duration and suitable times to take them. Thanks your help.

Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com. Thanks for your interest in our products.
Triphala and Guggul are both herbal in origin and can be used in combination safely. Triphala is very good medicine for GIT disorders. All digestion problems are completely cured with regular use of triphala and it also assists in losing weight. It regularizes appetite, cures indigestion, flatulence, constipation and colitis. Guggul is also very good for reducing weight and it helps on controlling bad cholesterol. But we recommend Obeslim in place of guggul because it is a special product for reducing weight, rich in many herbs and all having great and fast action. It reduces weight , controls metabolism, and appetite to reduce weight naturally without causing any harm to body. It helps in faster burning of extra calories and fats without effecting the muscle mass and thus has extra benefits. In order to get more information about these medicines, their usage and doses you can also visit ayurvediccure.com. We recommend a regular use of two to three months of both medicines in combination for satisfactory results.
To get better results you should increase water intake and reduce fried fatty foods. Switch over the natural diet having more and more fruits ,vegetables. Further queries are welcome.
