    • Garlic oil (rub/massage into back-after it sits for 3 hours, take a warm bath)
    • Lemon juice (mix with salt and take 2 times a day)
    • Vitamin C (2000 mg per day)
    • Raw potato (make into a rub for the back)

    Healthy Diets

    Raw vegetable salads, steamed vegetables, fresh fruit and eat recommended foods four times per day

    Prevention

    Don’t use tobacco products, develop regular exercise routine (using gentle exercises), participate in activities such as swimming, walking, biking, water aerobics), use orthopedic mattresses and invest in a water bed.

    Follow a healthy, nutritious diet, improve your posture, wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes, and don’t sit for long periods of time without getting up and walking for a few minutes.

    Pay extra close attention to your back at all times because the rest of your body depends on it to be kept in good, working condition.  Without a strong, healthy back, all of your other body parts will suffer because backs support the weight of the entire body.
