Avoid foods that contain known food allergens; avoid exposing your skin to extreme temperature changes – dress properly in the winter and in the summer (use sunscreen when needed before going out); take care to prevent insect bites; make sure that all of your pets’ vaccinations are up to date (if not, you can contract allergens from them more easily).
