I am residing in the USA. Have made previous two orders in the past. I am satisfied with your products. However I had an unfortunate experience with CCNOW. A certain Jenny Hobson was very unprofessional. The product I ordered was supposed to be shipped by courier but was shipped by mail and arrived almost two months from date of purchase. I made numerous emails requesting wherabouts of the shipment but got only one reply from Jenny Hobson.
Meanwhile I received statement from my credit card co. Since I have not received the product and was kept on the dark as to the status of my order, I have no choice but to
inform my credit card of my inability to pay.
However when I received the shipment by mail instead of courier as originally advised, I called immediately my credit card co. authorizing them to pay CCNow.
Because of this incident I was blocked from making any future orders.
Had I been properly advised of the whereabouts of my order
(sent numerous emails but never received the courtesy of a reply) I would not have contacted my credit card co.
This kind of unprofessionalism and total disregard of customer service is unacceptable. If this is allowed to happen a lot of your valued customers will leave.
Will greatly appreciate your assistance as to how I can place an order of your products.
