Constant head heaviness

I feel my head constantly heavy for the last 2 years. I have done all short of exams, even CT and the results appeared to be fine. The heaviness concentrates on the top of my head and sometimes on my forehead and nose. It feels as too much pressure is accumulated on parts of my head and it is there all day long. However, I have noticed that it gets worse when I’m exposed to heat, crowded places with bad ventilation, too much noise and when I am stressed or haven’t slept well. Sometimes I get dizzy too.I feel constantly tired, depressed and sleepy. I get panic attacks I avoid to go out and I feel desperate. Any advice or idea would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello And Greetings from Ayurvedic Cure

We will recommend you to get your B.P checked and get routine blood investigations including lipid profile. This can help us to rule out the problem.
Till then drink lot of water. Avoid stress. Take low salt diet.

Further queries are always welcome.

Thank you for your answer.

My systolic pressure usually is around 120-140 mmHg and diastolic around 70.
As for the lipid profile only my total cholesterol is a bit high 190 mg/dL.
The rest are normal. The doctor said that my health is alright and it is probably due to stress but I am not quiet sure and I don’t want to start taking psychodrugs. Can stress cause such permanent and intense problem? And how am I supposed to avoid it? I generally try to be relaxed but I think it affects me subconsciously.
