Controlling borderline blood sugar level naturally

I have a borderline blood sugar level. My Fasting (12hrs) blood sugar level was 103. Please advise me on how to bring it back to normal range naturally. Also, recently I gained lot of weight and am considered obese. Thanks!

Hello And Greetings From Ayurvedic Cure

This can be controlled with some lifestyle modifications, dietary changes and some herbal products as they are safe and without side effects.

Light low fat and low carbohydrate diet is recommended for people with diabetes. As you have just borderline diabetes then just follow simple steps and prevent it from increasing to higher levels.

Reduce how much soda and juice you drink. Drink water or mineral water with a little juice mixed in instead. Take diet rich in Fibre; Fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds. In general, the more natural and unprocessed the food, the higher it is in fiber. Improves your blood sugar control and thus may reduce the risk of diabetes. Fiber intake is associated with a lower risk of heart disease. Fiber helps you feel full, so may even promote weight loss.

Also take Karela capsules twice a day with water.
