Describe the proper way to take Speman .

Although I read the “direction” for use on the Speman I ordered , it’s still not clear to me if (a) I should that the Speman “before or after” meals ; (b) just like most of the people , I am also taking daily vitamins , I’d like to be sure if I may take the Speman pills together with vitamins-pills , or separately ?

Speman is a good aphrodisiac medicine and increases semen in quality as well as in quantity. It can be taken empty stomach but I recommend one to two capsules twice a day after meals. Multivitamins is a good thing but with Speman there is no need of any other vitamin or oxidative agent as it is very powerful medicine. But if you still want vitamins , you can continue Speman with vitamins without any hesitation. You should continue this medicine for two to three months for satisfactory results.
