Hello And Greetings From Ayurvedic Cure

The normal age for onset of period is 11 to 15 years. This is the puberty age when hormonal changes in the body are at peak.
As you mentioned that you had your first period in Jan and after that its not been regular, so i must tell you that it can take from 1-2 years for periods to get regular.
Area of concern is foul smelling discharge that indicates some sought of infection in the Vagina.
You must take hygienic precautions such a cleaning vagina twice a day and use cotton undergarments that too washed in antiseptic. Avoid using public toilets as far as possible.
Do not eat spicy food and unhygenic food. Drink lots of water.
Take Retone capsules one in night before going to bed.
Use regularly for the period of three months for satisfactory results.
