Do you have any solution for baldness due to over masturbation?

Hi. I am a 25 year old black male. Last year between the months of August and November, the hairs on the top left part of my head has stop growing completely (Its partially bald there). It makes me look like I’ve had a bad hair cut but its actually bald there. Is there any permanent hair regrowth solution for my bald spot?
