Do you have some recommendations for diabetic patients?

I am 42 years old, diabetic patient since I was 38. Now am taking homeopathic medicine. Daily I also take amla and bitter gourd juice. My fasting blood sugar is below 110. But my PPBS is always less than FBS. Why is it so. I can`t take carbohydrates three times a day. A slight variation in the diet changes my FBS. I am always tensed. Why is it so. I am not interested in taking allopathic medicines. Please give a suggestion.

Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com
Diabetes is a serious disease which should be under control for healthy future. Both hyperglycemia or increased blood glucose level and hypoglycemia or low blood sugar level can be dangerous. But hypoglycemia can have more severe effects on health than hyper. So when you start some medicine for diabetes just keep a check on your FBS and PPBS to ensure a normal blood sugar level. A regular check of RBS helps in fixing the appropriate doses of medicine. So to ensure a normal level of RBS or PPBS in your case I recommend you to fix your diet and medicine doses accordingly. Do not take so much medicines at one time. You can get all health benefits and better blood sugar control safely with Diabeta an ayurvedic medicine. Neem , karela, sadabahar etc are very common medicines being used for lowering blood glucose levels and therefor we recommend Diabeta Capsules for sugar patients. It has many herbs which stimulate the beta cells to secrete insulin, make body cells more permeable for insulin and also acts as synthetic insulin. These herbs also increase the vitality of body. So take regular medicine, keep your diet rich in fresh vegetables and make a regular routine for physical exercises, walks etc. These measures will really improve the over all health of diabetic patient.
