Effective natural treatment for Bleeding Piles
Avoid constipation to encourage piles to clear up. If you have regular bowel movements, avoid straining, stools will pass smoothly and will not put pressure on the blood vessels in the anal area. Piles will then eventually go away without treatment after around six weeks.
Make a paste by grinding white radish and milk. Apply this on the infected area, is a good remedy for bleeding piles.
Soak 2 figs in one cup water overnight, have this in the morning and night before taking your dinner along with the same water in which they are soaked. The seeds of figs help in peristaltic movements and prevent constipation.
Boil 25g sesame seeds in ½ liter water till the volume decreases to half. Grind sesame seeds with enough water and eat with butter. This is effective for bleeding piles.
Take some ice cubes in a plastic bag or a towel. Apply it on the sides and also over the bleeding piles. Do not keep the ice cubes directly on the affected area.
Completely avoid chilies and spices in food.
Drink plenty of water for proper body functioning and for easy bowel movement.
Eat high fiber foods like fresh fruits whole cereals, pulses, vegetables and oats. Avoid too spicy foods or foods that cause constipation or difficulty in passing the bowel.
Come out of your sedentary lifestyle and be active. Quit smoking and stop drinking alcohol.
Include ginger, onions, bitter gourd, radish, beetroot, buttermilk and garlic in your daily diet.
Avoid refined foods that miss fiber content, fiber content helps easy bowel movement. Also avoid non-vegetarian foods, oily and fried foods, tea, coffee and caffeinated beverages, sugar, sweets, junk foods and canned foods.
