Get rid of Anaemia
Anaemia may be referred as a condition in which there is a decrease in the quantity of haemoglobin. Anaemia is among the most general ailments affecting human beings. With their very high iron content, beets help in the formation of red blood cells in the blood. The red beet juice strengthens the body’s powers of resistance and has really proved to be good remedy for anaemia, especially for teenagers and children.
The leaves of fenugreek are good for blood formation. The cooked leaves should be consumed by adolescent girls to prevent anaemia, which may normally occur due to the onset of puberty and menstruation. The seeds of fenugreek are valuable cure for anaemia, being very rich in iron.
