Get rid of Nausea

  • Nausea by itself is not an illness or weakness but it is the symptom for various other conditions or stages of diseases. If you are not suffering from upset of stomach there are other illnesses that can cause nausea. Nausea is basically a reaction; the body has, due to the presence of some mild or severe illness in your body.
    The individual may suffer from stomach pain and feel weak and dizzy. Some patient may sweat instantaneously due to the nauseating effect in your body. Nausea may often occur due to digestion does not take place properly, early pregnancy, morning sickness, traveling in a cooped-up bus or because of emotional stress.
    You may use fresh piece of ginger extract in your hot tea and have it to get relief from this problem.

    Chamomile tea or Peppermint or is capable of getting rid of the nauseating feeling.

    Morning sickness is a general feature among pregnant ladies. To avoid this nauseating early morning sickness just mix one tablespoon apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon honey. Mix it well in cold water and have it before going to sleep.

    Haritaki-Terminalia chebula

    Terminalia chebula has been used as an astringent and is the best bowel cleanser. The herb also possesses antibacterial and anti-oxidant properties. It is also referred to promote wisdom, eyesight and intellect. It is mild laxative and upto certain extent carminative too.  Terminalia chebula is also used for treating ulcers, nausea, colic pain, urinary infections, diabetes, skin diseases, hemorrhoids and stomach upset.

    Having few tablespoons of wheatgerm mixed with hot milk every hour may help you bid farewell to the nausea from early morning sickness.

    After boiling half cup of rice in one glass of water for 10-20 minutes, have the warm rice water after draining the rice from it.

    You should consume half teaspoon of grounded cumin seed to find relief from nausea and vomiting.
