Give me some ayurvedic treatment for hair fall.

My age is 26. I am an engineer and I wear helmet during job hours and and my residence is near sea coast. From last one year my hair fall is increased. For 5 years I applied color on hairs but from lat 2 year I was using only natural henna. Each Day 70 to 80 hair fall. Please suggest me what to do.
