HI, am Varsha. last week I used neutrogena astringent on face. Some part of the skin on my cheeks became red, then gradually it became flaky and black in color. Can you please suggest me how I can get my normal skin back. I am fair in complexion, thus that part of dark skin looks very prominent which really scares me. Please help me and suggest some home remedies which will help to get rid of this.
