Give some treatment for thyroid problem?
Hello…do you guys have anything that can help cure Thyroid problems/issues or stabilize the Thyroid gland? Can Shilajit help cure Thyroid problems since there is hardly any disease that cannot be assisted with the help of Shilajit? I read on another post that you recommend Ashwagandha for Thyroid problems. I have considered taking Ashwagandha for stress but I didn’t know it was good for the Thyroid. So what herb is good in regulating the Thyroid? I asked about Shilajit because that’s something I already take. If Shilajit is good for the Thyroid; for someone who doesn’t take that would you recommend Ashwagandha? Is there anything that works better than these two herbs to regulate the Thyroid? Besides not being able to control weight gain even when eating healthy and exercising; what are other signs of a Thyroid problem? Thanks
