I am in my mid 40’s and recognize periodically I have one or two of these jello like gold crystals in my sperm. They are not very big – about the size of a dull pencil tip. Sometimes it may follow after eating a dozen carrots or so. I’m always curious is it an excess of a certian vitamin I am taking that is expelled through my ejaculate or what could it be.
