Hepatitis B What steps to take to help with the Hep B? What herbs are recommended to help reduce inflammation on the liver

Hi

I am a Hepatitis B carrier since birth.  REcently my alt was up to 78 iu/ml.  I want to take natural things to help resolve this.  What can I do?

Also, my back hurts a lot is this a result of the hep b?  I have lower back pain and sometimes joint pain.

Thanks
