Hepatitis B What steps to take to help with the Hep B? What herbs are recommended to help reduce inflammation on the liver



I am a Hepatitis B carrier since birth.  REcently my alt was up to 78 iu/ml.  I want to take natural things to help resolve this.  What can I do?


Also, my back hurts a lot is this a result of the hep b?  I have lower back pain and sometimes joint pain.

You can Start with Bhumiamalaki Capsules and Liv Up capsules These are herbal supplements blend with natural herbs which help in improving effectiveness of liver function and promotes natural regeneration of liver. It has healing effect on hepatitis. This is an herbal tonic which is natural and without side effects.

Take one capsule of Liv-up capsule twice a day after meals and one capsule of Bhumiamalaki with water after meals once a day.

Below are some useful herbal remedies:

1.Mix 1 tsp of glucose with a cup of water.  Take the mixture 3 times a day at breakfast, lunch, and dinner; mix 50 grams of white radish leaves (including stems) with water and sugar candy.  Drink the mixture slowly each morning on an empty stomach; mix buttermilk with cumin seeds and add salt. Drink daily.


2.Squeeze lemon into water and add salt.  Drink 3 times each day for 3 weeks; drink fresh orange juice daily on an empty stomach for 1 week; mix 1 tablespoon of papaya juice with 10 drops of fresh lime juice.  Take the mixture 1 or 2 times daily for 4 weeks.

Helpful Tips
Avoid eating fried, oily, or spicy foods, stop drinking alcohol, cut fat intake by at least 20 to 30 grams each day, and eat a diet high in carbohydrates for energy.
