Herbal advice for hair loss

    Green tea is a wonderful herb used for treating alopecia since ancient times. It decreases the effect of 5-alpha- reductase, an enzyme known to cause male pattern baldness, thereby combating hair loss. It can be used in the form of herbal tea or dietary supplement for best results.

    Take 1 bowl of chamomile flowers and add rosemary leaves to it.  Boil in jojoba oil for 20-25 minutes and keep aside in a glass bottle for about two weeks. Use this herbal oil to massage your scalp thrice a week for preventing hair loss. This herbal remedy has been in use since the time of ancient Egyptians.

    ZYX Hair loss cream is a herbal product that helps treat hair loss and nourishes the scalp. It is recommended to use this produce everyday for 3-6 moths to prevent hair loss and revive hair growth.

    Aloe Vera is a great herb for preventing and treating hair loss. It is a natural conditioner and helps balance the pH level of the scalp and cleanses the pores. Add Aloe Vera to coconut oil and apply it to the scalp. Leave it on for about 25 minutes and wash with warm water. This treatment should be done thrice a week to lessen hair fall.
