Herbal medicines for high levels of eosinophils and monocytes.

I have been suffering from skin problems due to high levels of eosinophils and monocytes. Due to which small boils comes in private areas and gets burst within 2 days. Please suggest an ayurvedic home remedy which will reduce the levels of eosinophils and monocytes.

Skin problems in Ayurveda are supposed to be due to increased pitta dosha and blood impurities. These elevated levels of eosinophils and monocytes are also the indicators of infections and blood impurities. The impure blood can cause acne, eczema, boils, allergies and many more skin and systemic problems. For your boils problem Haemafine Syrup and Neem will be best.
