Herbal supplement for Bronchial Asthma
Asthma is a common disease involving the Respiratory disorder characterized by wheezing; usually of allergic origin. These episodes may be triggered by exposure to an environmental stimulant such as a cold or warm air, perfume, allergen, environmental tobacco smoke, pet dander, moist air, exercise or exertion, or emotional stress.
A soup prepared from drumstick leaves, and taken once daily, has been found very useful in the treatment of asthma. Take a handful of drumstick leaves and boil it with 3 tablespoon crushed coconut and 2 to 3 green chilies and salt to taste without water. Stir it occasionally. This dish is best suitable for many diseases even for improving eye sight and for eye problems.
Mix one tablespoon of honey with a half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder and consume before sleeping. This is a wonderful remedy for bronchial asthma.
The root of the bitter gourd plant is found to effective for asthma cure. A teaspoon of the root paste, mixed with same quantity honey or juice of the tulsi leaves, given once every night for a month, acts as an outstanding medicine for this disease.
Steam inhaling is also found to be beneficial for asthmatic patients. The patient should be made to breathe in steam from boiling water mixed with carom seeds. This can be used for drinking with one teaspoonful of honey two times to three times a day for asthma cure.
Boil eight to ten cloves of garlic in half a cup of milk and consume it at night and this is also a wonderful natural treatment for those who are in the early stages of asthma.

It has many antioxidant properties; tulsi is an important constituent in many Ayurvedic cough syrups and expectorants. It helps to move mucus in bronchitis and asthma.
