Herbal treatment for swollen arm,neck and face in a cancer patient.

I would like to ask any remedy for my sister’s condition.She has breast cancer 10years ago,her right breast was taken.Lately her arm and neck swoll and at present her neck swoll too.She is taking a detox herbal,after three weeks a fuss comes out from her her neck.Her condition went slightly better after some toxic comes out ,but she’s still complaining that her her neck ache and found hard to swallow even her medicine.
Can you advice me on what to do with her swollen neck and face? She prefer a natural heal.She don’t want to go to doctor or hospital.I will appreciate any advice from you.Thank you.
