This is useful for gaining weight and toning up your body.
Consume bran one hundred to one hundred and fifty gm with fruits; it is better to take with papaya. This increases appetite and reduces constipation. Increase consumption of foods that contain higher percentage of fat such as rice, flour, honey, figs, raisins, butter, dates, germinated wheat, etc.
