Hello And Greetings From Ayurvedic Cure

The average sperm count today is around 60 million per milliliter.
Motility should be atleast 50 % but if the sperm count is okay then low motility might not matter. But you sperm count is low followed by motility of grade 2 that is fine.
As far as volume of sperm is concerned 1 ml to 6 ml is the range and if anything below 2 ml is a matter of concern.

So after comparing your reports with these normal values we recommend to use http://www.ayurvediccure.com/tribulus-terrestris.htm and http://www.ayurvediccure.com/mucuna-pruriens.htm regularly for period of three months at least. Capsules should be preferably taken with milk.

Also we will recommend you to avoid following things:

Besides eating above mentioned food stuff, infertile man should:
Avoid eating refined foods like refined sugar, white flour, give up any sort of caffeine such as coffee, also give up carbonated water, stop eating processed food, Give up smoking and heavy alcohol consumption,Stop frequent masturbating.

One must eat food rich in zinc, selenium, viat A, C are vital for viable sperm count, motility and a high percentage of live sperm in the semen. Zinc is present in semen and therefore men can lose excessive quantities of zinc through ejaculation – therefore it is critical that zinc is replaced through the diet daily. Foods rich in above nutrients are lambs, turkeys, barleys, wheat, eggs, oysters, beans, nuts, red meats, raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds are considered to be the super-foods that can help to increase the sperm count in men.

Thank you
