Acne treatment is the most sought after remedies among the youth. Acne is a chronic skin disorder and common in youth. The lesions are commonly found on the skin of the shoulder, chest, and neck and mainly in face. It is an inflammatory condition of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Acne generally causes a great deal of emotional and mental embarrassment at an age when youth tend to be sensitive about their beauty and personal appearance. Nearly seven out of ten teenagers between the age’s group of twelve and twenty-four suffer from mild to severe degree of acne. The areas mainly affected are the chin, cheeks, temples and forehead.
Acne are caused by chronic constipation and wrong eating habits
The root cause for all types of acne is wrong eating habits. Fried and fatty foods, excessive starch consumption, Irregular hours of eating, too much of sugar are also common causes of acne. Chronic constipation is another important cause of acne. If the bowels don’t move properly, the waste items are not eliminated as soon as it should be and the bloodstream becomes surcharged with toxic items. The effort of the skin to remove excess waste matters causes acne.
Home remedies for Acne
Neem
Take a hand full of fresh neem leaves. Boil those leaves in a cup of water. Let that water cool for sometimes then wash your face with it. Neem is an effective anti-bacterial for skin.
Turmeric paste
Take a 2 tablespoon of turmeric powder and grind it with few fresh neem leaves. Apply this paste in the affected area. Wash it after half an hour with water.
Neem dietary supplements
Neem dietary supplements is mainly recommended for the beneficial quality has upon the skin. It is advised to maintain a healthy glow on the skin without acne. Neem has anti-bacterial property; it is effective in combating most epidermal dysfunctions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.
Extract of radish, tomato and lime
Take the extract of fresh radish, tomato and lime. Apply this juice on the affected area and let it dry for an hour then wash it with lukewarm water.
