Home Remedies for Freckles
What is a Freckle?
The distribution of melanin or pigmentation is uneven because of exposure to the sun. Normally the freckles would appear during the early stages of your life; during the summer months more freckles appear whereas during winter they become insignificant. The freckles are commonly seen on people whose skin is fine textured and fair complexion. The freckles’ color is normally light brown or tan; and they are flat and small. At times they overlap each other.
Do not get perturbed because you have freckles. There are people whose freckles vanish during winter but return in the summer; there are other people whose freckles are permanent. For those people, there is no change to their freckles throughout the year. It is not advisable to cover your freckles using makeup because this will accentuate the freckles more.
