Home remedies for Indigestion
Indigestion is a sign of an underlying problem, such as ulcers, gallbladder disease or gastroesophageal reflux disease rather than a condition of its own. It is also called dyspepsia; indigestion is defined as a never-ceasing or repeated pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen.

The causes of indigestion are hurried eating habit without chewing the food properly, Stress and anxiety, Heavy meal, Changes in lifestyle, Anti-inflammatory drugs, Pregnancy, Consuming excess alcohol, Smoking and Peptic ulcer.
Cumin seeds
It is medically advised to boil a teaspoon of cumin seed in one liter of water. Have this water frequently in a day to get immediate relief from indigestion.
Ginger
Ginger is a best product for digestion. Take a piece of ginger and chew it along with a pinch of rock salt or Take the extract of ginger and lime, mix it with a pinch of common salt whenever there is bloating in stomach. Dried ginger has more herbal quality than fresh ginger. Dried ginger and pepper can be powdered together in equal quantity and mixed with pinch of jaggery (unrefined brown sugar made from palm sap). Take half a tablespoon of this mixture frequently to get relief from indigestion.
