Another very good but expensive option is to apply the paste of sandal wood and rose water on the entire sun poisoned body.  Sandal wood has the property to heal and soothe at the same time. Rose water has the property to cool your skin and make you feel better at once. Try these remedies together and individually to see which one works best.
