I have no counts, how I get counts in my semen, advise please.

i am 39 years and sufferring from Azoospermia,( nil sperm) please advise me if there is any cure for this, I am also a diabetic patient…. my wife and myself want to start a family and want some sure cure for my above illness…awaiting your urgent reply.

Take one capsule each of mucuna and tribulus two times a day after meals with milk. A course of on to tow months is generally sufficient. Repeat semen analysis after each month to compare results. Thanx for your reply, but we haven’t got the biopsy done yet, please let me knoe if the biopsy reports are not normal then these tablets are ineffective since my husband is already taking testisforte (since 15 days) tablet as prescribed by doctor.

The Biopsy reports are very useful to reach the final decision whether a particular person can recover by medicines or not? These medicines are very useful for low sperm count, nil sperms or inactive sperms etc but if s person has no sperm producing cells(confirmed by biopsy) then no medicine can help and only IVF is useful. I have gone for testicular biopsy which resulted in no production of sperms from my testis is there any chance of being normal for me. As my mating with the partner is normal and erection and ejaculation is also normal.

We recommend you to contact your surgeon and plan for surgery to cure undescended testis and that should cure your problem of azoospermia. Medicines can`t cure your problem and only hope is surgery.

Only your biopsy report can confirm whether you have sperm producing cells present in your testis or not. So if you don`t have that cells in your testis then no medicine can help you and you can go for sperm bank help and IVF etc as per your doctor`s recommendation.

Hello doctor my husband has done d semen test and d result show no count as in nil. So doctor advice me on what 2 do and my self hv down turber blockage, sycies and yet my monthly circle is bad and all my scan shows only pelvic inflamatery deases and i alwy go 4 treatment yet it keepon coming.
