    Regular exercise is one of the best ways by means of which you can combat stress. If you are too worked up you must try taking out time for a 15 minute walk on a daily basis or do an aerobics routine at home. You can also practice some fitness ball exercises at home or at your workplace at any point of time.

    Go natural: Say goodbye to the idiot box and other gadgets lying at home. Step outside and inhale the fresh  air and interact with nature. This has a calming effect on the body and mind and helps combat stress.

    Aromatherapy: This branch of alternative medicine makes the use of essential oils and plant extracts to heal various disorders. You can use essential oils as inhalants or add them to your bah and relax. Aromatherapy has a healing effect on the nerves and beats stress real fast. Essential oils of lavender, bergamot, fennel, chamomile, patchouli and sandalwood are great for relieving stress.

    Winter cherry: This herb is also known as Ashwagandha and helps combat stress naturally and effectively. Its potent anti-stress action works to bring about complete wellness and is great for the body and mind. Ashwagandha herbal dietary supplements are available in the form of capsules and can be taken everyday to treaty stress.
