    To really help your brain stay young, change your routine. Change routes to the department store; use your opposite hand to wash your utensil and read from the other end. All this will force your brain to wake up from habits and pay attention to changed routines.

    To improve your brain power you need to eat healthy fats. Fish is a good source for improving brain power for non-vegetarians, walnuts; flax seeds and olive oil are also effective. Include these foods more in your daily diet and eat less saturated fat.
