How to control anger?
Many things make us upset, it is a part of life. It is true that not all things will go the way you want them to go. But when these upset turns to anger we must be cautious how we handle ourselves. You can control your anger following these proper ways:
Many follow counting technique to control anger. Count up to ten and try to relax your body and mind. This is a good method that you can practice. Count up to ten, within that time you may solve many of your outbursts before they happen.
Do something that is useful and physically exerting. You ignore those things that made you sick, and concentrate in some other things. Try to remember some funny incidents or film jokes that may be helpful for you. Go for a walk all alone while walking open your eyes and sharpen your ears and find out what is happening around you. That may pacify your mind. Compare yourself with those who live a happy life even after a tragic past.
Never depend on others for each and everything. If you do so and if suddenly you are not getting that help or support from others then you will become frustrated, and that may make you sick.
Respect others, irrespective of age, sex and profession. If you need respect, you should respect others. That is why we say give respect and take respect. If you do so, then you won’t feel upset for unnecessary matters.
Do something that is really calming. Either listening to your favorite type of music or doing deep breathing exercises may create magic in you.
