How to control too much of hair loss

Hair care will vary according to one’s hair type and according to various processes that can be applied to hair. Hair is a reflection of human diversity.

Using fingertips massage your scalp for a few minute to stimulate blood flow to your follicles. This will help the hair to grow where hair has been lost.

Heat half a cup of coconut oil in a bowl. Massage the warm oil on your scalp with fingertips. This will improve blood circulation and it will stimulate hair growth.
Heat 2 tablespoon castor oil and massage it thoroughly on your scalp with fingertips. Now dip your bath towel in hot water and squeeze the excess water. Cover your hair with this towel for 20 minutes. This is good treatment for hair.

Heat up one and a half cup of mayonnaise until it becomes an oily, white viscous matter and apply to dry, unwashed hair. Cover your hair with a plastic bag and leave on for at least 20 minutes. Thereafter wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Mash one over-ripe banana with ripen avocado. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing with a mild shampoo.

Chemical present in the shampoo will take away the hair’s natural oils and it will damage the hair. It is better to use gram flour to wash your hair. It will remove dirt and keep your hair clean.

Amla is a popular hair tonic in traditional recipes for enriching hair growth and hair pigmentation. Amla is good for strengthening the roots of your hair and maintain its color and luster. It raises the overall protein level and helps maintain body weight due to its richness in nutrients.

Do not swim without using a cap. Use a cap to protect your hair from the damaging effects of chlorine. Otherwise massage a teaspoon olive oil into your hair before diving into water.

Cover your hair while going outside. Drink at least 10 to 12 glassless of water to avoid dehydration. Too much exposure to wind and sun can leave your hair dull.
