How to cure Chest Pain?
Posted by crazycap83 on Saturday 10 Jan 2009
I’m a 25 year old female who has been suffering from random sharp chest pain followed by a dull aching in my left shoulder and weakness in my left arm. The pain is brief but the weakness lasts for hours. It usually occurs after I feel extremely stressed out. There is a lot of heart disease in my family history.

Hello, Thanks for visiting and contributing here. You said you are just 25 and your symptoms clearly indicate the heart problem that is quite indigestible. Anyway, whenever it comes to the heart problem, one should not take it loosely.
The weakness and shifting of the pain (medically termed as ‘radiating pain’) is one of the hallmark signs of heart diseases. I suggest you to first undergo some valuable tests and screening such as lipid profile, cholesterol, blood glucose, thyroid function test and most importantly ECG or 2/3D Echo Cardiography to haev a clear cut idea about how your heart is functioning and what is its problem.
Unless you are not clear about what is the situation of the heart, it is better not to come to any remedy or conclusion. However, you can protect your heart by taking Arjuna and Dilguard.
Also, reduce your calorie intake and give up fried, too spicy, junk/canned/packed foods. Practice Pranayama and Yogasanas.
