Hello, Greetings from Ayurvediccure.com and thanks for your contribution. You are right, you seem to have tennis elbow wherein the elbow pains a lot. But there is nothing to worry a lot about since such situation can be tackled very well without any much hassles.

You can read in detail about what exactly is tennis elbow and how to cure it naturally here – http://www.natural-homeremedies.org/homeremedies-tennis-elbow.htm.

We suggest you to go for Boswellia which is an all natural herb with potential anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Also, you can massage the affected area using Arthcare Massage Oil (Arthritis, Joints, Back Pain Relief)

also, practice some yoga and exercise, physiotherapy to overcome pain and rigidity, if any.

        regards

I broke my elbow about 4 years ago now. At the time, the doctor said I would be fine within 6 months – however, the elbow remained broken, and I had a large build up of calcium in the area. After returning home, I had surgery to have the calcium deposits removed – to free up some more ROM. I still do not have the strength to work out though. I would love to lift weights again – but my elbow hurts a bit – and makes horrible sounds as I move it. According to the CT – I shouldn’t be able to rotate the wrist – so my body has probably created an artificial joint made of muscle. I’m looking into anything that will help me get back to lifting weights again. Please help
