  • Anxiety is a normal reaction associated with stress. It is a psychological and physiological state of mind associated with fear, worry or uneasiness. It may help a person to deal with a difficult situation but when it becomes excessive, it may fall under the classification of an anxiety disorder.

    The body’s chemical processes, life experiences, and many other factors play a vital role. There can be specific elements and environment that contribute to the problem of anxiety, such as major illness, work pressure, academic expectations, or there can be a general existential crisis. Chronic constant worry can cause panic attacks.

    Green leaves and vitamin rich vegetables can also relieve the pressure and stress. Deficiency in vitamin B can cause anxiety. Take vitamin B-complex daily to compensate vitamin deficiency.

    Yoga and meditation are good for keeping your body fit and relaxed. You can also retain figure. A cool and calm mind can propel all those evil thoughts and keep you disease free. A breathing exercise is also gives tremendous relief.

    Aromatherapy is useful for the treatment for anxiety. Lavender oil is competitively effective but aromatherapy using jasmine and sandal wood are also quite effective. Aromatherapy can be done on your own.
