How to deal with Palpitation naturally?

Palpitation is a common problem, is a state in which the heart beats forcibly and, maybe sometimes irregularly. It enables the individual to become aware of the action of his heart. It is a distressing condition but is not always starts mild and then serious. An individual may feel ‘thumping’ in the chest. The patient feels a real discomfort condition in the front of the chest. The pulse rate may become slowly faster than normal.

Palpitation of the heart may occur due to many factors, most of which may not be related to the heart itself. Anything which increases the work load of the heart may bring on this serious condition. Some persons may experience palpitations when lying on the left side on the bed, because the heart is nearer the chest wall in that position. Many nervous persons commonly suffer from this condition. Other causes contributing to this condition are flatulence, an overfull stomach and constipation. Excessive smoking or drinking alcohol may also give rise to this disorder.

The leaves of snake gourd are quite beneficial in the treatment of palpitation of the heart. The juice of snake gourd leaves given in doses of one to two tablespoons thrice daily.

Grapes are one of the most effective remedies for heart palpitation. The patient should take a large glass of grape juice at frequent intervals. This will relieve the condition soon.

I have been suffering from heart paps. Just recently, all these tests were done and everything is normal, the doctor says that its probably stress, or being to nervous, I really hope thats all it is. I hope they go away.
