How to get rid of Hay fever?

Hay fever is an allergic reaction and is generally caused as an allergic reaction to pollen, dust, certain foods and even animal dander.

Herbal tea made from peppermint and ginger helps in clearing up congestion inside the nose and respiratory tract.

Indian gooseberry coupled with honey taken twice daily is an excellent option.
Drink one glass of lukewarm water with one teaspoon of lemon juice daily morning in the empty stomach. This serves as an effective solution for hay fever.

Hygienic is most important to prevent any type of allergies. Keep your house free from dust, pollen and pet. Clean and neat house and surrounding is good for reducing diseases.

While cleaning carpets or other furnishings, wear a mask.

Aroma therapy or steam inhalation is possibly the best option for hay fever. Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a bowl of boiling hot water and inhale the steam. Do repeat this at least twice a day. This treatment provides instant relief and removes congestion.
