How to get rid of stomach gas?

Gas is a very painful and embarrassing condition that builds up in the stomach. Various factors such as swallowing too much of air while eating, acidic stomach, stressful lifestyle and eating too much of spicy food can result in the development of excessive gas.

Natural remedies for getting rid of excessive gas:

Parsley is a great natural ingredient that comes in handy when it comes to treating excessive stomach gas. You can soak a little amount of parsley in water and drink this liquid at regular intervals during the day.

Garlic is also extremely beneficial for treating excessive stomach gas. Take a few pods of garlic and burn them over low heat. Eating these pods helps relieve stomach gas instantly.

Ginger is also a valuable herb when it comes to treating stomach gas. Soak a few slices of ginger in lemon juice and chew on them for instant relief from gas.

Alternatively, you can also take ginger or sunthi herbal dietary supplements in the form of vegetable capsules to combat excessive stomach gas.

A mixture of 1 tsp each of dried ginger, pepper and green cardamom seeds is taken and ground. This powdered mixture should be taken along with water at least one hour before meals to combat stomach gas effectively.

Another mixture is made by adding a pinch each of powdered dry ginger, asafetida and rock salt. This is then taken along with warm water to alleviate gas.

1tsp of grated ginger should be mixed with the same amount of lime juice and this should be taken after every meal.

Passion fruit is another useful herbal treatment used to get rid of excessive stomach gas.  Soak around 2 gm of passion fruit in a quarter cup of water and drink this solution for instant relief from gas.

Fennel oil is also a very good herbal remedy for treating stomach gas. You can avail maximum benefits of fennel oil by massaging it over the stomach.
