How to get the perfect shape of breasts?

Hi. I want to order the b shape but I also want bigger boobs, I was going to order the cream that one rub in and see results in 3 months of 1-2 cup sizes called perfect woman or something. Will this do the same and do I keep using as my normal skin care routine?
