Please help me, I am sending this email from a friends computer, my name is Kyle,
I’m male and am 38 years old and I am circumcised

I have a masturbation problem and hope that you can offer some advice, so here goes:

The way I masturbate:
I lye on my belly/tummy with a hard pillow underneath my dick, my hands are in the front of the pillow (pushing the pillow against my dick), I then leave my shirt on so that it comes between my dick and the pillow,
I then start moving my dick with pelvic thrusts on the pillow whilst fantasizing about the other person, I do this until I have an orgasm, this I think is the best way and it always gives me a mind blowing orgasm, sometimes it takes me about 1 minute and sometimes about 30 minutes (all depending what I am fantasising about.)

My problem is this:
