How to keep away from Bad breath
Halitosis is commonly known as foul or bad breath, which is a common condition. Unfortunately, majority of people who offend in this respect are unaware of their own breath.

Parsley is a precious treatment for bad breath. Boil two cups of water with a handful of parsley, coarsely chopped, and should be steeped in this water along with two or three whole cloves or a quarter teaspoon of ground cloves. This mix should be stirred occasionally while cooling. It is used as a mouthwash or gargles use it several times a day.
Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek in a glass of boiling water. Daily usage of this mix is good for correcting the condition.

Unripe guava is beneficial in halitosis. It is rich in oxalic, tannic, malic and phosphoric acids as well as calcium, manganese and oxalate. Chewing it is a powerful tonic for the teeth and gums. It helps stops bad breath and cure bleeding from gums. Chewing tender leaves of guava tree is also helpful for stopping bleeding from gums and bad breath.
