i am 15 years boy.From my body nightfall occurs frequently.and i am very tensed with these problem.I don’t think bad bad things.in T.V. i always see discovery or cricket.But what is the reason of this?What is the disadvantages of this problem? And, how can i prevent this? Also,what i have to eat daily to gain strength.Does this occurs a problem to prevent tall.
