How to treat hair fall naturally?

    Hair fall can also be caused by lack of insotol. Thus, it is essential for you to take foods such as liver, yeast and molasses that abound in insotol in order to combat excessive hair loss.

    Evening primrose oil abounds in essential fatty acids and helps nourish the scalp. Using it on a regular basis combats hair fall and promotes the growth of healthy hair.

    Bhringraja or eclipta alba is a powerful hair tonic that prevents hair fall and makes the hair thicker and darker. It is recommended to take Bhringraja dietary supplements on a daily basis for best results.

    Amla or Indian gooseberry is one of the best natural remedies for combating hair fall effectively. Boil a few pieces of amla in coconut oil and apply this on the scalp. This provides nourishment to the hair follicles and promotes the growth of healthy hair.

    The juice of lettuce and spinach promotes growth of hair and prevents hair fall. Take about ½ liter of this juice on a daily basis for best results.

    Henna is an effective herbal remedy that is used to treat hair fall. Boil a handful of henna leaves in mustard oil. Strain the oil and store in a glass bottle. Massage your scalp with this oil to combat excessive hair fall.

    Fenugreek is also helpful in treating hair fall and stimulates the growth of healthy, shining hair. You can boil fresh fenugreek leaves in 1 cup water and use for rinsing the hair.
