Hello,
Greetings from Ayurvediccure.com. Your granddaughter is still developing her gastrointestinal capability and constipation in this age is quite common. You can simply try some home remedies applicable to her. Get on to this – smash one ripe banana and add half a glass of milk. Add a little Cow’s Ghee (pure butter oil) about half a teaspoon and give her early in the morning. Practice this for about 1 month to see good results.
Alternatively, you can also get her some natural digestive syrup but do not go for breaking capsules/tablets and getting her extracts as it is not recommended.
Wait for another 6 months to 8 months, things may get settled automatically since she already likes roughage, much required to cure constipation.
