How to use Kohinoor Gold, Shilajit and Orgy oil together?

I ordered my medicine from you- its Kohinoor gold + orgy oil and shilajit. Can you please tell me the procedure like how to use this medicine?

Kohinoor Gold and Shilajit should be taken as one capsule each in the morning and evening after meals with milk or water. You can take a maximum of four capsules of each medicine a day. Orgy Penis Massage Oil should be applied on the shaft of penis with gentle massage, at least two times a day. Let all the oil get absorbed in skin by massage, to get better results.
