I have stress full life around my self, family and close friends, so how i can reduce the stress ?

my name is moyeden i am 23 years old and i’m suffering this problem since last 3 years most while i got fail of my study and many other effect from my family and close friends but always i tried to ignore it i did my best level to reduce but still didn’t also last 6 month i some times i dont know what i am doing , i cant remember well , also i forget my keys mobile and some other belongs to me at least 3 to 7 time a day please any one can help me …
